Class DateField_Disabled

Disabled version of DateField. Allows dates to be represented in a form, by showing in a user friendly format, eg, dd/mm/yyyy.

`public`	# `Field( )` Returns the form field - used by templates. Although FieldHolder is generally what is inserted into templates, all of the field holder templates make use of $Field.
